Information you provide

If you request a resume, the site collects the name, work email, phone number if supplied, company, role, and message that you enter. This information is used to respond to the request and provide a tailored resume. It is not sold.

The career assistant and position-matching tool process the questions and job descriptions entered into them. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through these tools.

Retention

Chat messages and position-matching analyses are retained for up to 30 days for service continuity and security review. Resume-request details are retained for up to 12 months to manage recruiting correspondence, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or a deletion request is made.

Optional analytics

If enabled by the site owner, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog are used only after you choose to allow optional measurement. They are configured to avoid collecting form values, chat messages, job descriptions, email addresses, and telephone numbers. Declining measurement does not affect portfolio access or resume requests.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. Email alex@alexbaxter.io with enough information for the request to be located.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, application security headers, request limits, abuse protections, and access controls appropriate to the services offered. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please avoid sending secrets, government identification numbers, payment data, or other highly sensitive information.
